2. Description of Service

AnonRefill provides digital eSIM data plans for travelers and digital gift cards. Our eSIMs are data-only products that provide mobile internet connectivity. No phone number or voice/SMS services are included unless explicitly stated.

Our gift card service allows you to purchase digital gift cards and prepaid cards from various brands using cryptocurrency. Gift cards are delivered digitally with redemption codes.

3. Eligibility

You must have a device that supports eSIM technology to use our services. It is your responsibility to verify your device compatibility before purchasing. We provide eSIM services to users worldwide and accept cryptocurrency payments for enhanced privacy.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. We accept various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, and others. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM will be delivered digitally to your account.

5. eSIM Activation and Validity

  • - The validity period of your eSIM begins when you first connect to a supported network at your destination.
  • - We recommend installing and activating your eSIM before traveling while you have internet access.
  • - Once activated, the eSIM cannot be paused, extended, or transferred to another device.
  • - Data allowances are non-transferable and expire at the end of the validity period.

6. Gift Card Terms

  • - Gift cards are digital products delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
  • - Once a gift card code is generated and delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable.
  • - Gift card codes cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after delivery.
  • - You are responsible for verifying the brand and denomination before purchase.
  • - Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand.
  • - We are not responsible for gift card expiration dates or redemption issues with the issuing brand.
  • - Gift cards purchased with account balance are also final sale with no refunds.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Excessive or abusive use that affects network quality may result in service termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnonRefill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific eSIM product in question.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for consistent service, network coverage and speeds depend on local carrier infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted connectivity. Coverage maps are estimates and actual coverage may vary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
