Important Summary

eSIMs: Generally no refunds, but available if the eSIM fails due to our technical issues. Unused eSIM cancellations are refunded as account balance only.

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase - codes are irrevocable once generated.

General Policy

Both eSIM and gift card products are digital goods delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Due to their digital nature, different refund policies apply to each product type.

Gift Card Refund Policy - Final Sale

All gift card purchases are final sale with no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

  • -Once a gift card code is generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • -Gift card codes are irrevocable - they cannot be cancelled or reversed after delivery.
  • -This applies to all payment methods including cryptocurrency and account balance.
  • -Please verify the brand, denomination, and currency before completing your purchase.
  • -Issues with redeeming gift cards must be resolved directly with the issuing brand.

eSIM Refund Policy

Once an eSIM is purchased and delivered, it generally cannot be returned, resold, or transferred. However, refunds may be available in specific circumstances as outlined below.

When Refunds Are Available

We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • -eSIM fails to provision: If we are unable to deliver your eSIM due to technical issues with our system or provider.
  • -eSIM does not work: If your eSIM fails to connect to any network in the covered region and our support team confirms the issue is on our end.
  • -Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eSIM twice, we can refund one of them (must be reported within 24 hours and before activation).

Important: Refunds for valid eSIM claims are credited to your account balance only. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not refund to original payment methods. Your account balance can be used for future eSIM or gift card purchases.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • -Change of mind: You decided you no longer need the eSIM after purchase.
  • -Device incompatibility: Your device does not support eSIM. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
  • -Travel plans changed: You no longer need to travel to the destination.
  • -Partial use: You used some data but did not use the full allowance.
  • -Expired eSIM: The validity period has ended (used or unused).
  • -Local network issues: Poor signal or slow speeds due to local carrier conditions outside our control.
  • -Incorrect settings: eSIM not working because data roaming was not enabled or incorrect APN settings.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • - Your account email address
  • - The order ID or eSIM ICCID
  • - A description of the issue
  • - Screenshots if applicable (e.g., error messages)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
